Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
UZ Design ship to Italy, EU and some non-EU countries.
There is currently no delivery outside European countries.
For shipments of orders, UZ Design makes use of the collaboration of partners for logistics solutions and couriers and/or transporters who carry out the delivery service at the recipient's address.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving them, to which additional working days must be added for delivery, as indicated below:
ITALY (including Islands)
Standard Shipping 3-5 business days
FRANCE (including Corsica), SPAIN (including the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), GERMANY (including the islands)
Standard Shipping 5-10 business days
EU COUNTRIES
Standard Shipping 5-10 business days
NON-EU COUNTRIES
Standard Shipping 8-12 business days
In general, longer delivery times are expected for the islands and/or places considered disadvantaged by the couriers. Delivery times are indicative and in any case to be considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure events).
Product deliveries will only take place on working days. The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
The courier will make 1-2 delivery attempts at the address indicated by the customer and if unsuccessful, will leave a failed delivery slip.
Once the delivery attempts have been exhausted, the courier will deposit the order at the post office or collection point closest to the recipient's address, where it will remain in storage for 10 working days.
After 10 working days, the order will be returned to the sender.
In the latter case, please contact us to establish the methods and address of the new delivery.
ON-SITE PICK UP
The customer may decide to collect his order at our store; in this case you will be notified via email or text message as soon as the product is ready for collection (2-3 working days).

ORDER TRACKING
All shipments made by UZ Design are traceable and the customer can monitor the status of the order at any time from his reserved area or via a link received by email when the order is processed.
Once the ordered product has been shipped, the customer will receive an email specifying the tracking number and a direct link to the website of the courier and/or the reference logistics solution partner, to monitor the status of the order. In some cases for EU or non-EU shipments, the link will be activated after 5 working days.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
When confirming the order, the customer is responsible for providing a complete shipping address, indicating and completing all the mandatory fields marked with "*", in the event of anomalies found in the recipient's address, UZ Design will contact the Customer, by mail and the shipment could be delayed, with respect to the times indicated in the section "Delivery methods and times". Furthermore, when receiving the order, the Customer is invited to check: that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered;that the package is intact and undamaged; otherwise please refuse the package or "sign with reserve". Any disputes must be reported to the courier and/or to the support@uzdesign.eu address, otherwise the package is considered to have been delivered correctly.
SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY
During the order fulfillment phase, the seller is responsible for providing suitable packaging for the product, in order to safeguard its integrity throughout the shipping process, up to the time of delivery to the final customer. In the event of "Failed Delivery" by the courier (demonstrated by order tracking and proof of "non-delivery"), UZ Design will repeat the shipment at its own expense (using a different courier) or refund the entire amount of the order, according to the preferences and provisions of the Customer.
