REFUNDS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer of uzdesign.eu products can unconditionally withdraw from the purchase contract within 15 working days of receiving the goods, by sending an email to info@uzdesign.eu, in order to obtain a refund, a size change or a credit note .
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
The Customer who intends to return and/or exchange a product within 15 days of receiving it, can send a message to the email address info@uzdesign.eu or alternatively proceed with the return procedure, available via the appropriate contact form.
The Customer must specify the reason for the return of the product and in particular if it is:
- Defective product. In this case UZ Design, in order to ascertain the extent of the defect and agree to the return, will reserve the right to request photographic support. Once the return has been agreed and a specific Authorization Number has been assigned, UZ Design (after inspection of the product) will arrange for a new shipment (at its own expense) of the ordered product or another of equal value or alternatively will refund the entire amount paid by the Client.
- Product received different from the one ordered. In this case, UZ Design, in order to ascertain the error committed during the order fulfillment, will reserve the right to request photographic support. Once the return has been agreed, UZ Design will be responsible for replacing the product received in error (at its own expense), with the one actually ordered by the Customer.
- Size change. In this case, the return of the product is charged to the Customer, but the shipment of the new size will be charged to the Supplier, balancing the costs of the return.
Once the return has been accepted and an Authorization Number has been assigned, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the product to our office, following two important indications:
- is intact
- has not suffered any type of damageis still in its original packaging

UZ Sport, within 10 working days from receipt of the products will be returned to the office, after analysis of any damage suffered by the article, will partially or totally reimburse the buyer the amount paid for the purchase of the products, but not for the shipment.
